I was greeted by Geo who came across with pleasantry and energy. I communicated with Geo I was seeking new pieces. Geo asked several questions to understand what kind of pieces I was seeking, such as for dinner, dancing, etc… Geo quickly pointed out several articles of clothing and made suggestions on how to wear them along with different ways to style. Geo has great sense of style, funny and very outgoing. I found Geo to be encouraging in picking out outfits but managed not be pushy in making me feel I must purchase the item, which is a plus! I appreciate she spoke both English and Spanish and I was able to communicate with her in either language. She was rocking some Express clothing, which is an awesome marketing technique to showcase Express clothing. In addition, I would also like to acknowledge Tàm who picked out a cute jumpsuit I would have never chosen and feel in love with it. I appreciate the diversity in employees Express brings onboard.
