- AWalicia webbSep 17, 20244.0Love express, do not like this store. Way too crowded, can't even look at all the clothes bc their all jammed in way too small of spaces. I shop online and bring my returns here, which is not always a fun experience. Really sad they closed the outlet store in Commerce.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
What is the return policy at Express?
Express will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our U.S. stores and online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. Third party branded products purchased online cannot be returned in stores.
