No store credit. This is so unfair and I will definitely not be shopping with them after this experience - don't lose your receipt.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
What is the return policy at Express?
