When I asked the gentleman in the Hawaiian shirt if they carried distressed jeans, he looked at me with a disgusted expression—as if his sense of style were somehow superior. I remember working at Express, where we took pride in representing the company with professional attire: crisp dress shirts and slacks. That level of presentation and respect is clearly missing here.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
