- DODyaun OdomApr 2, 20255.0I been shopping at express for years specifically with this location (Hulen mall) I am also a store manager at one of the retail store in Hulen mall so I have seen express go through so many store mangers & yet they seem to find one who sticks & appreciate the store mangers position For the past 6 months I have notice they have a new sales lead manger name Candice IMMEDIATELY I thought she was the new store manager Kandice customer service is spectacular she greets you as soon as you walk through the door asking if you need any help & also explaining all the new deal & promotions express has to offer Watching her help & assist her sales associate shows me she has great customer services skills & leadership she’s was running back & forth around the store making sure things was in place ppl were being greeted & her employees & customers was happy I’m leaving a review because she was truly her authentic self & enjoys her job EXPRESS 🗣️ make her a store manager
- BSBunny’s SquadApr 23, 20231.0This store has the worst store manager. I came in a while ago to shop for my sons graduation outfit and I asked Joseph for help. He told me my son was too small to shop here. My son is already self conscious as it is and for him to say that was completely unacceptable. He isn’t one to talk seeing as how he was very smelly and he looked rough. I would expect this store to have a better hygiene policy for employees, especially Joseph as the Manager. Employees looked very busy while he wandered the store singing to the store music instead of helping them. I came back to get his name and an associate communicated that she was left alone on the floor while he left for an hour to get his lunch because he was gonna pass out.
