The sale signs clearly said $20, but they wanted to charge me $34 per each item due to inconsistent pricing and poor organization. The service overall was unacceptable. I hope others don’t have to go through the same experience and encourage everyone to verify prices carefully before making a purchase.

Went out of his way to make sure we found the sizes and items we all needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
