We came back to this store and still no "real" help. We ended up leaving g with a very frustrated teen still needing clothes for Senior Pics. Clothes appeared to be nice but staff just not very helpful.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.

Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
What is the return policy at Express?
Express will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in our U.S. stores and online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the purchase. Third party branded products purchased online cannot be returned in stores.
