- NNNatRoc6384Oct 22, 20251.0I had to return some items I recently ordered this morning because they were too small and one of the items I returned did not have a tag on it. The manager refused to accept it even though it was in its original bag and told me she could not help me. I told her it was not my fault that it did not come with a tag, but she told me she was not accepting the return. So I called corporate and they told her she can accept my return. She was rude and I was rude back to her. I'll admit I was nasty at her because she acted like it was my problem and was trying to avoid giving me my money back. When I asked her what her name was, she refused to give it to me. She stated, "You called corporate and I'm not giving you my name." She works at Lynnhaven Mall store #194. I can take my business elsewhere. The drive is no longer worth the hassle. Dealing with store associates like this one is not worth the hassle. She was acting like it was a personal hit in her pockets if she accepted the return. So no more Express for me. The only return I'm waiting for is from corporate because I reported her. I don't want another customer to have to go through what I went through.

Lol that’s the only description I have, but they weee very helpful. I typically don’t feel like going into the store, but I’ll definitely be back. Monday 1/8/24
