She came and said we can't do anything about the difference. Instead of telling me what she could do she started of with what she couldn't do. I immediately said "okay, well let's figure it out". She got offended and said I was being rude. Im not being rude because I'm asking about a refund that clearly owed. This was not customer service at all. I asked for her name. She refused. I asked for corporate. She refused. Please stop promoting people in positions that can not handle face to face interactions with customers. Unfortunately some customers have RB.
