I hadn’t shopped for jeans in a few years after kids and it’s not fun or easy but Renee turned that around. Alone I wouldn’t have found anything, with her help I was able to come back next week and order more online!

Shiyanne was able to find us a few different styles of jeans and dress pants that my daughter could try on. I was so happy when I realized that they carried a tall version in the pants, and so was my daughter. Not only was Shiyanne customer service great, she was so attentive to the other customers and other workers when they needed her help, while still making sure we were doing okay. We ended up leaving with two pairs of pants and we ordered some online as well.

Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days at any Express store. Online returns are not accepted at Express Factory Outlet stores.
