  First time visiting Exline and it was a delightful experience. We brought in our old Honda Civic thinking it needed work done. Mo the service manager was great in explaining everything to us. Nice to have a local shop that's friendly and honest and takes time to listen to concerns. Will keep them in mind for future work.

  Manager said it would only bean hr. 4 hrs later I was still waiting. Went around the corner to see why it was taking so long, caught the service man Dave in my car playing on his phone. When I complain all he said was he will check into it. Now I seen a tick tock today with the same person making fun of Charlie Kirk on tick tock, I see why it took so long to get my car repaired. Will never go back!!

  Mr Hall worked with me over email and messenger to get the work scheduled. While there were the expected challenges of this type of coordination, and my schedule, the appointment was done and I am very happy with the work. I would recommend Exline to anyone looking to get upgrades or custom work done. (2022 Chevrolet 2500HD, 3" Lift installation)

  I needed emergency repairs done in a deadline for a family reunion. They did an improper diagnostic that failed to identify a root cause even after I had questioned the root cause of multiple coil failures. However, the owner admitted the mistake and apologized for it, made appropriate adjustments to the invoice to account for the mistake. Vehicle drives much better now and they fixed the problem before my absolute last deadline, but I think if diagnostics had been done right the first time and they addressed my questions, probably would have gotten done by my preferred deadline. They did work really hard to get the correct part overnighted, and I definitely appreciate them respecting that absolute final deadline. Ultimately it was repaired in time for me to get to my family reunion, but not as early as I would have liked and then there were surprise charges. Bonus: bathrooms surprisingly clean for an auto repair shop
