- NMNancy ManciaAug 15, 20251.0Be very careful when hiring this company, they do not provide the 101 booklet to show how they are allowed to charge. They charged me a travel fee and charged me for them leaving their Wearhouse 45 minutes and arriving back to their warehouse 45 minutes plus an additional travel fee. The movers were only there for 3 hours and only physically moved for two hours and 20 minutes. I was charged over $1000 just for two hours and 20 minutes to help unload a truck for me. The travel charge should be for them to travel back and forth plus the labor fee they worked. I was charged incorrectly.
