Overall our experience was nice and customer service was great from the front desk and housekeeping. The only downside was that my toilet seat in my room was broken but this happened later in our stay and I don't think the heater worked. Everything else was fine and customer service was great.

The place is practically brand new, so that is automatically a plus. First off, I'm one to do lots of research before going to ANY location, whether it's a hotel, restaurant, bar, Mall, etc... But when it came to starting at this place, I just needed something fast and inexpensive. I new the place was fairly new, and the online price was really good, so I went for it. The young lady at the front counter, which I checked in at around midnight. She was very nice and professional, but I didn't get her name. The room was spectacular, not just for the price, but in general. It was like a mini apartment. It had a room with a door that separated it from the living area. The living area had a couch with pull out bed, a peninsula for dining, a full kitchen with stove top, full size fridge, dish washer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster... The ceilings were super high, which made it feel even more ample and spacious. The room and the loving area had separate TV's as well. The only downfall is that the parking is limited, and the area where it sits has some homeless activity late at night. Other than that this place rocks. Pics included.

Common areas were very dirty. We stayed for nights and there was popcorn on the second floor that never got vacuumed. On paper, it's a nice hotel with great amenities. But with all of the homeless purple wandering the area at night, guests smoking right at the front entrance, the poor maintenance of the elevator, and utter lack of care by the cleaning staff to every mop any floors during our stay, it's definitely poor value.

I stayed here in Aug 2024 and I used my free night stay reward shortly before it was gonna expire. I must have chosen wisely by staying at this hotel! I was amazed by how expansive it was for a suite and it felt like it was my own apartment. One night wasn’t enough for me of course. I would’ve stayed longer if I was able to. I definitely enjoyed my stay here
