  Needed a place to stay for the night due to issues experienced at an Airbnb. We have an infant and the kitchenette was helpful in preparing and cleaning baby bottles. Only con was the hallways smelled awful. However— our room was very clean and smelled the complete opposite (good). The bathroom was newly updated with amazing shower (hot and great pressure). Didn’t really have noise issues. It’s tucked away in a business park and in a safe area. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchenette had a ton of cooking ware, dishes and glasses!

  The hotel front desk staff was very nice, and the rooms were clean and modern. My rating is based on my personal experience on 9/27/2025. The hotel has permanent full time guests that were at the front desk screaming profanities at the nice hotel front desk staff about what they owed for the month. The same guests have young children using the hallways and lobby as their running play area. In the middle of the night, @1AM there was another hotel guest partying outside our room in the hallway talking about their guns and how drunk they are. The kitchen sink had a water leak that drained under the sink into the cabinet, the hotel room door has a 2 inch gap making it impossible for conversation privacy. There were 3 cars in the parking lot with people sleeping in their cars Extremely unsettling and disappointing hotel experience. I brought this to BW's attention in their hotel stay survey and in a nutshell they responded with an apology and stated hotel guest stays are their utmost priority and basically they are addressing all the issues.

  It's quiet , comfortable and housekeeping might need a little fine tuning but overall not bad it is quiet and generally clean , things seem to be in working order and the people are nice as well as friendly. I actually think it's improved since previous years before. My suite was nice though and I do my own cleaning anyway. They do have kitchen area with fridge and cook top no oven. Laundry facilities on site.

  I’m going to give my most honest review of this location. I travel often for work and stay at different hotel brands and took an opportunity with the points I earned for my wife and I to have a little staycation. When I first arrived I was informed that the room type that I had chosen was not available (which no one informed me prior) but said it would be available the following day which did not happen. The 1st room I was given not only had a strong smell of men’s cologne but the tv also did not work which was a problem because of the Eagles season opener. The wall thermostat did not function so I went to the front desk and they changed my room. That’s when I realized that there are more dogs here than people this is more like a pet hotel. 2nd room was fine, but being in between rooms that both had dogs in them posed challenges like trying to sleep! The security at this location is laughable with doors being propped open locks not working anyone can just come and go as they please not safe! Trash all in the hallway even though they have no smoking signs posted the place smells of weed and cigarettes! This place has the potential to be a great extended stay hotel but changes will definitely have to be made.

  Super clean, very friendly staff.You guys would love your stay here .it is located in a very peaceful and clean neighborhood.I genuinely enjoyed my 3 night stay.
