- RRRonnie ROct 3, 20255.0Right up front I'll tell you this place isn't a 5 star hotels but it should be rated 5 stars for everything else. Stayed here for 3 nights. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious rooms. The staff was great. Dawson at the front desk is very nice and courteous. The employees in charge of keeping the daily breakfast stocked were on point. The cleaning staff were professional. Overnight security guard. Laundromat on the first floor is free. Pool was clean and looked after. Pretty much in any way they can they try to make things as comfortable as possible for their guests. It's not about the flash it's about taking care of folks. I'd happily return if I was ever in the area again. Great stay!

Pros: Friendly staff Clean rooms Good shower water pressure Kitchen area within the room Slightly better than average breakfast--many options, most underwhelming. Effective AC Cons: Creepy thugs and homeless people hanging out right around the vicinity of the hotel, and not like I saw them once, but like that's where they're hanging out in general. And by vicinity, I don't mean a few blocks away, but like leaning against the side of the building and walking back and forth across the parking lot. I felt very unsafe going between my car and the hotel and am surprised my car wasn't broken into. The entire area is nasty. Bad, pillows that are barely more supportive than an empty pillow case. I folded up my towel and put that under the pillow to have any amount of support. Loud traffic woke me up multiple times Loud people inside the hotel woke me up as late as 2am.
