Instead of 2 nights was only 1. Had to fight to get receipt for checkou. Denied to refund second night. And 40$ for pet is really annoying...
- CJCarlos Garcia Jr.Oct 15, 20255.0Very clean and well maintained. 10 out of 10 would recommend everything from the room to the pool is top notch the kitchenette is a must 👌 nothing to complain about. What they advertise is what you get. I'll leave a few photos of the areas outside of the room.
- CHCute HogueOct 11, 20251.0We went down for breakfast this morning and there was no food on the warm pans, no varities of warm food and milk. The breakfast was horrible. We will be staying here until tomorrow and we are hoping that the workers and manager will do better serving better foods because this is unacceptable. Most of guest was actually frustrated early in the morning because of the breakfast that wasn't served right. Not enough wash rugs, towels and handsoap in our room and also the dishes are so dirty when we got here yesterday. The manager needs to do his job better and also talk to your workers properly to do there job the right way for all the guest that stays here. We have been staying in this hotel everytime we come down here in Corpus Christi but this last stay is the worst. This will be our last time staying here.
- MCMarcus CortezSep 8, 20251.0Four day stay in total room it was decent but a couple of roaches were in the drawers and in closet. No water pressure in sink slow trickle in hot water. Shower head needed to be replaced and the ac smells like mold and made a horrible rattling sound. The fire alarm light in the room starting going off without sound on the last night. They have new owners and the property is in decline. The furniture in the lobby is filthy and the bar is permanently closed. The breakfast is powdered eggs and cold potatoes and Luke warm turkey sausage. On previous stays the breakfast was very good. The staff is great but the facilities are in severe decline. Stay somewhere else and save yourself some headache.
