  My husband and I hired Executive Landscaping expecting quality work and reliable service, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication throughout the project was slow and inconsistent, and key expectations we discussed early on were not followed through. The actual work showed a clear lack of attention to detail—nothing egregious, but enough that it looked rushed and careless in several areas. When I raised these concerns, I was met with silence. I requested a phone call to discuss the issues, and management flat-out refused to speak directly, instead sending vague responses that didn’t address the problems. It’s incredibly disappointing to invest this kind of money and end up feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. I expected much better and unfortunately cannot recommend this company based on how everything was handled.

  My experience with Executive Landscaping was disappointing. While the initial consultation was promising, the follow-through was lacking. Communication became sporadic before the project began, and I often had to chase down updates. Timelines slipped without notice, and expectations that were set early on simply weren’t met. I expected a higher level of professionalism, especially given their reputation, but instead felt like I was constantly left in the dark. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending them based on how my project was handled.

  We had an awesome interaction with the executive landscape. A plant at my home was damaged by one of their workers. It was brought to their attention they replaced the plant Of equal value to the one that was lost, they did such a great job and customer service That I had him bring another palm just like the one they replaced and install for me. Both plants are thriving very nicely. The second palm was only added due to the exceptional Customer service that We received.
