  Lance is wonderful to work with. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile to help out in stressful situations. He is caring and professional and has a good list of aides to support our father.

  Lance, our care coordinator, has been so attentive, even available on weekends when our dad has been in crisis. He has gone above and beyond, offering solutions and affirming our choices every step of the way. The caregivers themselves are top-notch, very sweet, very responsible.

  My wife had major intestinal surgery, and required a live-in aide for several weeks following her release from the rehabilitation center. Executive Home Care of Morristown was one of the agencies recommended by the social worker, and I called them the day before my wife was to be home. One of the managers (Lance) responded immediately to my call, viisted my home that evening, and provided a trained, experienced aide, on short notice, to begin the next day. The aide stayed for 8 weeks, until my wife could manage with only my help, as required. On the rare occasion when I needed to contact the agnecy, they were always immediately responsive and helpful. If anyone is in need of such services, I have no hesitatancy in recommending Lance and his agency.
