  I went to Exclusive today for the first time, as Sanjiv comes highly. recommended, Especially with all the positive reviews! I had a check engine light which diagnosed as a bad thermostat. I did my research prior to choosing Sanjiv. I am very happy with the outcome. Samjive is kind & easy to talk to, unlike the other places who basically just want to take advantage of the situation. Very reasonable price wise & more so, ready when he said it would be! Plus my car was washed! That was a nice surprise. I will definitely go back to Sanjiv! I highly recommend him as well! Thank you very much Sanjive~

  I read very good reviews on Sanjiv when I was searching for an auto service on NextDoor app. I took my wife's car for service, then mine. I had an excellent all around experience. Sanjiv is honest, straight forward, very reasonable, and he keeps his shop and office extra clean and neat. Top notch auto service! I'm so glad I found him!

  Exclusive Auto Service in Thousand Oaks came very highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. I was impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the shop and office (that says a lot to me) along wih the owner Sanjiv's availability and willingness to pick up the phone repeatedly to answer all of my many questions. His service tech drove me home after I dropped my car for repairs, and picked me up on completion...and I didn't have to call and pester about when it would be done because they gave me a time, stuck to it, and called ME when my car was ready and came to get me right away. Other than the fact that my car needed semi-major repairs, the entire experience was painless, dare I say, pleasant! Oh, and Sanjiv gave me a fair deal (I know bcuz I got estimates from other nearby shops). I cannot say enough good things about Exclusive. FINALLY, someone I can trust with my German car! I'll definitely be going back for all of my car service needs from now on.
