  The condo was very clean and organized. Better yet was the fact they kept me up to date and provided a concierge to answer my questions, ranging from recommended dress at restaurants, road construction and parking. They were very helpful. The property itself was in a phenomenal location. I was very pleased with my stay and would trust Exceptional Stays with my needs in the future.

  We loved the place where we stayed. The location was perfect for skiing and accessing everything in town. We just returned from 8 days in Telluride. The skiing was excellant and we can't wait to come back. Loki, our dog loved it too! Our entire experience was wonderful!

  Exceptional Stays was very easy to deal with and very helpful. Our New Year's Eve dinner for which they secured a reservation was fabulous. They took care of ski rentals and lift passes as well. The home was lovely with lots of space for multiple families! Fabulous furnishings and hot tub. Ample bathrooms. Giving the home a 4 (Not Exceptional Stays) for 2 reasons: 1. No ice maker in the fridge. Had to make ice using ice trays. Also, the tv was not working in the master bedroom. Exceptional Stays tried multiple times to get it to work and finally during day 3 of our stay installed Apple TV.
