  I am really satisfied with this body shop. My car was in an accident and needed repairs all over, but their professional team fixed everything very neatly and precisely. The work was done on time, very organized, and with great attention to detail. I sincerely thank them and would definitely recommend this place to everyone.🙏🙏

  Outstanding Service and Professionalism! I can’t recommend Excellence Collision enough! I came in to get my truck’s tailgate replaced and was helped by Mike, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. His professionalism and communication were top-notch — he went out of his way to guide me through the entire process, especially when I had no idea what to do with the insurance side of things. Mike personally handled everything with my insurance company to make sure I was covered and even arranged a rental car for me when my insurance wouldn’t. The shop actually covered the rental themselves! Later, when the rental company accidentally charged me for a full month, Mike stepped in immediately, took care of the issue, and reimbursed me without hesitation. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about their customers, but Excellence Collision definitely does. I was so impressed that I referred a friend, and they received the same above-and-beyond treatment. If you need body work or repairs done, this is the place to go. Honest, professional, and genuinely caring — five stars all the way!

The level of professionalism and care demonstrated by the team is truly top-tier. My advisors, Mike and Joseph, were exceptional. They were both honest, trustworthy, and kept me informed every step of the way, making a stressful situation feel completely manageable. In fact, the entire front desk communication is flawless. The whole team is incredibly friendly and efficient. It's rare to find a repair shop that is so transparent and genuinely cares about its customers. They earned my trust completely.   If you are looking for a body shop, don’t look any further. This was my first time being a customer of this collision center, and I honestly have nothing but great things to say about the team. From the friendly front desk girls who always had a smile on their face and were very kind, to the comfortable waiting area with delicious coffee and sparkling waters, to the whole team. My car was sparkling clean inside and out when I picked it up. I want to give a special shout out to Sean who helped me with my car when I dropped it off. I am beyond happy with my experience, and although I truly hope I never have to need a collision center again, if I do, I will definitely bring my car back here. Truly an amazing team.
