  The technicians Shane and Miguel were great. They explained to me exactly what they were going to do and then they did it. My furnace is in great shape. And ready for the winter season. The guys were friendly helpful and did everything to make sure I was satisfied.

  Shane and Miguel from Excel Mechanical were great. Very courteous and professional. They did a great job with the maintenance of my boiler with much efficiency! They also checked that all the heating zones were working properly! I would like to have them do my future boiler maintenance! Thanks

  We had an excellent experience with Excel and replacing our hot water tank when it began leaking unexpectedly. They were able to send someone to come look at it within hours. Ivan was extremely helpful in ensuring we understood our warranty and then obtaining a replacement ASAP. The whole process was extremely smooth. We could not recommend Excel and our technician, Ivan, more!

  Both Shane Toni came from Excel Mechsnical over a period of 2 days for routine maintenance of my heat pump and a/c units and for the troubleshooting of my water heating unit. They both worked professionally and efficiently. The problem with the water heater was not at all obvious, but Toni persisted until he managed to restore the system. Excellent work and attitude.

  Ivan was great! He replaced and removed our old hot water heater, gave me a great breakdown of how it works and how to maintain it and talked me through when to schedule further maintenance with Excel! The office was also super communicative and easy to book with on Thumbtack, these folks will be our go to in the future!
