  Evergreen started work on our driveway project November 7th 2020 and finally called it finished June 12th 2023. Yes, almost 3 years for a driveway, retaining wall, and a paver walkway. Our driveway and walkway started out as a blank canvas—dirt and gravel. The job was to build a retaining wall, lay a paver walkway, and pour a concrete and paver driveway in front of our garage. They finished initially on December 8th 2020. The final project was okay with the following issues: all three garage doors had concrete splattered all over them, they didn’t add the polymeric sand to lock the pavers in, they installed the drain incorrectly, and the pavers on the driveway began to sink. The metal cover on the drain immediately began to break and pop up every time we drove over it. This was because they installed it incorrectly. It is supposed to be installed ¼ inch below the concrete, but they installed it level with the concrete. The pavers started sinking immediately after we began driving on the new driveway. They eventually settled about an inch below the concrete. This of course looks terrible. I contacted Arianna and voiced my concerns. To her credit they came out on September 5th 2021 to fix the sunken pavers. After they finished, the majority of pavers were still significantly lower than the concrete. They still hadn’t addressed the broken drain issue. Arianna finally admitted their error with the drain in January 2022. They came out to repair it August 2022. They had to remove a section of concrete about 4 feet wide and 40 feet long, then replace the broken drains, and finally lay new concrete. Once finished, the concrete looked very un-professional. It was very uneven and had various ridges throughout the length. Arianna agreed that it was not done correctly and offered to either fix it or give me $2000. She assured me she could fix it properly, so I chose the option to have her fix it. I wanted it fixed properly and trusted her to make that happen. I assumed properly meant they were going to replace the 4 foot by 40 foot section again, since it looked so bad. On June 7th 2023 they came back to fix the poorly laid concrete. To my surprise they cut a line down the middle of the concrete section, and only replaced half of it. So now it has an unsightly line down the middle of it and half of it is still uneven and looks horrible. They also broke the asphalt they I had laid after they originally finished their part of the project. So now it looks horrible too. I scheduled a call with Arianna to discuss how this was going to be fixed. We talked on 23 June 2023. She told me that they were proud of the job they did on my project and considered it complete. I explained the issues that still remained, as well as the new issue with the asphalt. She went into detail explaining how I should buy this and that from Home Depot and how to repair it myself. She said the concrete will look better in a year or so once it ages. She also said they spent more than they wanted on this project and 90% of it was done well. So now I have to hire another landscaper to fix the mess Evergreen Landscaping made. If you are someone that only wants 90% of your project done properly, want to wait years for it to be complete, and you would be proud to have your project look like the attached pictures, then by all means hire Evergreen Landscaping.

  I am house sitting and the guy shows up and mows the lawn without even knocking on the door to make sure it’s okay and then shows up everyday expecting cash payment from me when no one even okayed the work or payment and then the guy sits outside the house every singe day until you pay him
