  Always a pleasure to visit! Evergreen is always clean and the incredible staff is always so friendly! Mom always seems happy and well taken care of!

  To enter the “ Memory Care unit” you have to knock on the door and hopefully someone hears you and they ( a staff member) has to stop what they are doing , punch in the passcode to open the door and let you in or out. I understand and appreciate the fact that this is a secure unit for the residents there. A possible solution to this cumbersome task for all involved, is to you use the same facial recognition program a visitor has to use at the main entrance and apply this to the entrance / exit to the memory care unit . This would free up your staff from having to stop what they are doing to let a visitor in and out of the unit. Please take some time to consider. The staff and facility is great and I appreciate how they take care of my father and all the patients here. 👍🏼Thank You.

  Evergreen has been a very good place for my husband. He was diagnosed 9 years ago with EOA. He is safe and cared for. I’m happy with all the care he is receiving!!

  I went in for a scheduled tour of the facility, the halls were clean, patients and residents rooms were a good size, bright with good lighting. The staff and residents that I encountered were friendly. I’d be happy to step foot in the facility again.
