  Walked into a local branch this morning. Nice rate but always ask before I open up the account and They are one of the few remaining Banks that still require beneficiary SSN information and my beneficiary will not give out her SSN to any bank which I don't blame her. I have an account at another bank that does not require beneficiary SSN so for now I put my money in that existing account .They are slightly lower rate at 4.2 but it's good enough for now . It's amazing how non standardized banking industry still is but I'm glad fewer banks are In NOT requiring this kind of information. Personally I think it's risky and irresponsible for banks to require SSN of beneficiaries. Anyway that's the reason for the one star because they are of no use to me.

  they will never help you out or tell you the truth. I called to cancel my copier contract and they said to wait until the last 90 days, they they say I was renewed per my contract for a year because I had to cancel before 90 days. They lie to make money - stay away.
