    I was waiting in line for 1.5 hours and they just refused to open an account for me. I was so damn angry because I paid for parking and I called the hotline and they assured me that everything would be fine, I just need to try online, and so twice, and they constantly refuse. They just can't explain or do anything, just stupid, unfounded refusals, DISGUSTING BANK! I HATE EVER BANK

    The absolute worst bank to do business with. Opened up a performance savings account based on the recommendation of bankrate.com and I wholeheartedly regret it. Takes 3-4 business days so the money can be available for a transfer. The Zelle doesn’t work so you can’t transfer your money out. Then to make an outgoing transfer takes 4-5 business days and when I told them I needed my money immediately they said to make a wire for $25. When I made the wire (to myself) they put my wire as a fraud and then they didn’t even contact me to notify me. At the end of the day, I tried logging in and was notified I was locked out. I called the main number and spoke to a supervisor named Donna and she was terrible. She was rude, condescending and downright disrespectful. She said the wire team didn’t have a direct line and she couldn’t help me. If you want your money to be stuck without no access to it, go with this bank. I regret depositing money into this account. Will be closing immediately once I get my money back.
