Think twice before banking here and check out the reviews on this Bank on the review websites. Open an account hadn't been open long my money's in that account my social security check is going to that account and they said it would be for to 5 days under review so I won't be able to access my money to pay my bills or anything I should have read the reviews before the beginning with this Bank. Don't even have much money in the account I don't understand why it's under review.

Avoid—there are far better options. The online application process for their Performance Savings account failed at the last step, where you fund the new account. About three weeks later, I finally succeeded in entering info to fund the account, and EverBank made the micro-deposits correctly and on time. However, a few days later, when I tried to verify the micro-deposit accounts at EverBank, the verification failed with “we can’t find your application”. I called the bank and learned my application had “timed out”, meaning they had purged my application because too much time had passed since I entered the application. I’m actually relieved it didn’t work out—if a bank’s software is so poorly written that it purges an application just days after the bank makes micro-deposits, just imagine all the other problems you’ll encounter down the road.

A bank that no longer offers IRA accounts. Lovely. Will be closing out any business of mine with TIAA this year.
