  Office staff is aggressive with poor customer service. When asked about the simplest things they get up in arms and respond as if they’re inconvenienced. Office staff has snooty DON’T TALK WHILE I’M TALKING energy. Fines and aggressive threats of eviction for absolutely no reason. I’ve been a model tenant and treated like a criminal for throwing my trash in their overly full containers…Should I start a trash collection in my kitchen instead?How is it the tenants fault you can’t figure out the trash flow situation.—purchase more containers? This place is ridiculous. Highly suggest exploring other options.

  Both my daughters live in this complex in separate units, my youngest daughter, son in law and.grandchild live right by the dog pat, and I have to say, it's absolutely disgusting. The stench that comes from that area is over powering, people leave their dog poop. I am here every weekend I have never seen anyone h hose down the area my grandson loves to go on walks in his stroller and the smell dog poop and urine is not something I want him to be smelling on a daily basis I thought it would be a nice area for him to be able to look at the dogs but it's turned into a ruff place for him to be

  If I could give this place zero stars I would! The office staff is absolutely ridiculous.its Not a single person in there is on the same page. Nobody knows what they are doing In there. It is a literal Joke!. Save your money and time and skip right past these apartments…… trust me you would be doing yourself a favor! 😂 UPDATE ************ UPPER MANAGEMENT did contact me and was kind and understanding and apologetic to the situation that took place. I am grateful and appreciative of that! Although I do still believe that the office staff needs training on customer service and needs to all get on the same page so that us as residents can get a answer from them not a (IDK) to every question comment or concern that we have I do believe that these apartments are worth checking out.
