  I had some problematic shrubs, bushes, small trees, and yard waste (especially after the storms in September) that needed to be cleaned up. Mr. Estrada showed up exactly on time, gave me a quote on the spot, and got me on the schedule first thing the following week. Him and his team did a spectacular job, and at half the price of what I was expecting. I'm proud to support a local New Castle business, and I'll be calling them in the future for sure.

  The team of skilled staff, guided by owner Alfredo, created a remarkable outdoor improvement to our home. They first tore out the existing concrete and poured new, 4000 psi fiber-reinforced colored concrete walkways around the entire house, accented by a small patio in front and an oversized new patio in the back. Additionally, the team dug out a trench along our fence line and the new patio in the back, and installed 200 feet of 4-inch x 10-foot EZ-Drain Prefabricated French Drain Pipe System with three 12- inch x 12- inch Drainage Catch Basin and three NDS Pop-Up Drainage Emitters in our back yard and a 20 ft EZ-Drain Prefabricated French Drain Pipe System with NDS Pop-Up Drainage Emitter in small patio in front. Finally, they professionally landscaped and reseeded our front and rear yards to achieve a beautiful end result. Our family would like to thank you, and we look forward to the opportunity to work with you again on future projects.

  Owner comes out to give me a quote on a gate install without calling to let me know the day and time he was coming,just shows up. Writes down the quote on his paperwork with his name and I asked for a copy for reference and he told me he couldn't give me a copy or that paperwork. I told him okay,let's do it. He told me he could do the job the middle of the week. I called on Monday to see if he knew what day and time he would be here because I haven't heard anything yet. I was told now it's on Friday and he'll be here at 7. It's 8 o'clock on Friday and no one shows or calls,so I call expecting to talk with his secretary and he answered. I asked him why he wasn't here and was told he had to finish another job this morning and would be here around 12. He knew this the night before but didn't call me. So I asked him if anything changes with the time, could he call me and he stated I just told you I'll be there @ 12,so rude. The phone rings 10 minutes later and he tells me that his crew wrapped up the job and be here in 30 minutes now. The job is finished and time to pay and I hand them the coupon for 10% off any projects that I got in my mailbox 2 days later. The worker calls the boss and hands me the phone and he states that he can't accept it, he goes on about his overhead items and I can't believe he's telling me all this crap. He says he can give it to me on the next job,wow. He states all the supplies and man power time because they took more time then was expected, I guess. I told him you bought a gate and a pole, everything else was my own fence equipment. If you under bid a job you don't treat customers that way, and by the way he hung up. No where does it state on his flyer that you have to mention the coupon before they start the job. To top it off I get charged 3.9 % for using a debit card for a 750.00 job,usually there's a dollar amount fee not a percentage.

  I ALMOST CRIED WHEN I SAW THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. I just had fence installed, and when I tell you THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT!!!! PLEASE BELIEVE ME. The crew worked hard, they were very respectful, professional, cleaned up, and the price was the icing on the cake. I am now getting this company to do additional work needed in my back yard. THANK YOU TO THE ESTRADA CREW.....THE BEST COMPANY EVER!!!!

  We finally decided to let some else do our mulching and cut and trim our bushes in the backyard. My husband called this company, never again we will call them. 1st my husband had to keep calling them to see when they will do the job, no response. After the third call they finally got back to us. 2nd they came late and was rushing cutting our bushes and weeding the flower beds. They did a horrible job on our bushes they just cut the top off and it wasn't even straight and they didn't trim at all. 3rd they came back the next day and literally told my husband they are behind and was rush to put the mulch down and when my husband asked are they going to do around the pondthey didn't the boss said that wasn't part of the agreement which doesn't make sense that's the main attraction of our back yard. We'll all in all my husband and I had to trim the bushes, mulch around the pond and take weeds and leaves where they mulch, but what pissed me of more is they pick my sage plant and my passion fruit plant and it had cage and sign around it smh. Never again worse experience ever.
