The location is great as it is a short drive to downtown Carrboro, there’s a bus that takes you to Chapel Hill, and a trail across the street that leads to a playground and tennis courts. The interior of the apartment was clean with some new appliances and new carpet when we moved in. Any maintenance was immediately done. The grounds around the apartment could use some attention. After the flooding, there’s still some walkways that are very muddy and unattended.
