  The apartments here are super dope! Especially with the rooftop balconies. Danielle was our tour guide and she was nothin short of amazing, patient, walked around and showed us many apartments, and answered all our questions in a professional but detailed manner. If you are lookin for a dope spot, look no further and ask for Danielle to help you out!!!🤗

  I just want to take a moment to praise Oscar, the Maintenance Manager, for all the help he’s provided with the issues I’ve encountered in my unit. Whether it’s been a minor repair or something more urgent, Oscar has always been quick to respond and get things sorted out. He’s incredibly professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about making sure everything is in working order. His prompt attention to any problems I’ve faced has made my experience here so much more comfortable, and I truly appreciate how dedicated he is to keeping the building in top shape. Oscar really goes above and beyond, and I’m grateful for his excellent work!

  Just a heads up, Katie Bailey is now the point of contact for all of your concerns at Esprit. You can probably catch her in person from time to time on site hiding in one of the offices. Or hiding over at Marina Harbor.
