  Worst wings I ever had, I asked for crispy and they were the opposite. I told waitress and she offered to do nothing about it; don't get them.

  Our last night at the casino we decided to go visit the ESPN SPORTS BOOK for dinner - we were seated with a great server James .. James exemplifies the meaning of providing customer service & serving his customers. James is very attentive , knowledgeable of the menu & Great with making recommendations. We were visiting from Louisiana & Mississippi with a group from a sister Hollywood Casino Bay St Louis, Ms Considering it was close to closing time James still went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed & even let us know that the kitchen would be closing if we wanted to order desserts we needed to at that time. His professionalism, attitude, demeanor & personality are all awesome qualities that showed us he’s definitely a great Asset to Hollywood Charles Town’s ESPN BET SPORTSBOOK . If we ever return or have anyone coming that way we will highly recommended they stop in & eat at the ESPN BET restaurant & ask for James . We did visit the ESPN BET sportsbook earlier that day to meet our Hostess & had a serving of nachos - sorry the plate is empty b/c we ate the nachos before the photo was taken - not sure who the server was for that time b/c we met there for a brief meeting . But the nachos are good . Again, we can’t thank James enough & want to let ESPN BET SPORTS-BOOK know that James is a great asset to the company .
