  The right hand side pull handle on my (4 year old) Cowboy couch became disengaged from the operating mechanism. It pops up the foot rest. Called Ernst and Greg came out and in turning over the couch found a disconnected spring used on the left side pull handle too! In less than 15 minutes Greg replaced all the necessary hardware and the couch operates as good as new! A+++++ all the way!!

  this gentleman came right on time, fixed both handles on our lounger couch. he was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing, if anyone needs a recliner sofa fixed this is your man!! our thanks to him!!!!!
