This place is awesome! When i moved two pieces of glass from my glass end table broke. It was part of a three peice ser that i absolutely loved. I had no idea what company made the table so I couldn't just order another end table. I went here with one the pieces of glass that didn't brake and in less than 24 hours he cut a new piece for me and now my end table set is complete again. 5 stars!!

One of the worst experiences I've had with any business ever. I brought in the bottom sash of a storm window (for a window that was out of square) that was broken, and they replaced it. I paid. When I returned home to insert the sash back in the unit, it wouldn't fit. When I called them back, they had no interest whatsoever in helping me. I asked them to send their service truck down, because I had no way of telling them exactly why the sash wouldn't fit. The best template they could possibly have was the original sash I provided originally because it fit in the unit. The response was "We have a company policy that prevents us from leaving the county on residential calls." I should mention that I live about 2.5 miles outside of Wayne County. It gets worse. Later that afternoon, a friend of mine saw their service truck in Mount Olive, about 6 miles from my house. They could have literally driven an additional 12 miles (round rip) that same day and likely remedied the problem. Long story short-the same friend removed the glass from the sash carefully (that caulked the glass in place-not sure why), inserted the aluminum sash frame less the glass back into the unit (it fit), and tried to re-insert the glass. When that didn't work, he rotated the glass 180 degrees, and it fit perfectly. So in other words, they put the glass in the frame upside down-an honest mistake that doesn't really bother me. What bothers me is they showed no willingness to correct a problem that was theirs.
