Aleksander explained options and answered all of my questions very well, reviewed my current coverage, and suggested similar (better in some areas) coverage in a friendly and understandable manner. I needed to switch insurance companies to get a particular coverage add on that my former major carrier did not provide, but in a way, I'm glad they didn't. I couldn't be happier with the above and beyond customer service of this office. Switching to State Farm over my previous provider saved me money too.
