- EPElizabeth Powell4 days ago5.0I called on a Thursday morning to request service for a kitchen drain issue at a rental property. The tenants had just moved out after two years and mentioned the kitchen sink wasn’t draining—it was bad. When I called, they said they could send someone the same day within a few hours. Since I was working, I asked if there were any openings the next day, and they scheduled me for an 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. window. I received a call at 8:20 a.m. letting me know they’d arrive in about 20 minutes, and they showed up right on time. Both Weston and Mason arrived wearing boot covers and quickly assessed the situation. They were friendly, professional, and clearly explained my options and the cost for each. I went with their recommendation. Although it was a bit more expensive than I expected, they fixed the problem right away, and I paid when the job was complete. Mason even took pictures of the issue, which turned out to be caused by the tenants dumping things like plastic food stickers and other debris down the drain. Thanks to the photos, I have clear proof that the damage wasn’t due to normal wear and tear. I’m very happy with how fast, easy, and helpful the experience was—and both Weston and Mason were great to work with. Thank you!

I’ve probably had the line snaked 10 times over the past few years by a different plumbing company. Eric’s plumbing showed up today and they finally explained why a snake works sometimes but more importantly why it wasn’t working in my scenario. They laid out three scenarios before they began work and we agreed on pricing for all of the scenarios. Through video footage I could see the difference of when they snaked to when they used a more advance drain cleaning. I’m confident I will not be having this problem again for many many years. I would recommend them for your plumbing service needs

They let me know in advance when he was coming and everything was very simple and Chris did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company and especially Chris, if you happen to get him. Bryan and Chris came to my house and did a thorough inspection and fixed a couple other problems while they were here. They were both super friendly and just gave honest opinions about what was the most important to fix without laying on any pressure. I really appreciated them and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this company.
