  Chris, the technician arrived early, he called first. That was the first star. He was able to quickly scope and price the work I needed it and completed promptly and quickly. I am very happy with the work and would use them again.

  Chris was very pleasant, prompt, and professional and seemed very knowledgeable about the work requested. He explained everything to me with regard to the new thermostat he installed and even addressed some of my concerns with regard to plumbing issues in my home. I will definitely call ER Services for any future Heating/Plumbing needs. I am really glad that I found this company.

  Christian did an amazing job! He identified exactly what was wrong with my shower less than 10 minutes. He was able to complete all task that were needed to be fixed, in a timely manner. I am so happy and satisfied with the work.

  I was having problem with one of my thermostats not turning on and decided to Call ER services. They sent two of their guys Devan and Chris over to do diagnostics, and they notice a wire was cut and the thermometer was not receiving any power. They gave me a quote and ask if I wanted to move forward with the work. They fixed, tested and cleaned up. They were professional, very knowledgeable and polite. ER Services will definitely be my first go to company and will recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again Devan and Chris
