- JLjohnny loweJun 3, 20221.0I have purchased 2 tractors and 2 brush hogs from this company, and had good experience but I ordered a part for my tractor that THEY said was the right part, turned out was the wrong part so I needed to get the correct part which was double the price, which was fine, but while trying to return the wrong part, that THEY ordered not me, I was told they would not refund my money because I didn’t open the box correctly and THE BOX was damaged, NOT the part but the box!!! the part was still in bubble wrap never been installed or used. Parts department has HORRIBLE customer service and VERY rude!!!!!!!! So for this I will be taking my business somewhere else
