Have successfully ordered from them in the past, but most recently, I both called and left messages on the sales rep's voicemail box AND emailed and no response whatsoever. If they get back to me I'll update this review for another star, maybe two, but based on the other reviews, it seems incredibly clear that this place is being CONSISTENTLY mismanaged.

Sometimes they have what I want at a price which is too high, but which I'm willing to pay because I want it now. But from day 1 their attitude toward customers, especially ones who don't look like they are going to be spending a lot of money, is uniformly abusive. The overall attitude is "hey buddy, this isn't a lumber company, this is PLASTIC". The fabrication quality is usually good, but the attitude toward customers and the way they run the store is bad. Avoid.
