  Built a new house and moved in in July 2019. Within the first year started getting bad odors from bathroom sinks so I installed a water filtration system to no avail. A short time later started getting strange noises and bubbling from the toilets so I called a plumber who suggested I call a septic company. I called my contractor who told me that Englewood Environmental installed the septic system. I called them and on December 22, 2020 they came out and pumped my tank and cleaned the filter for $300. I thought that was somewhat unusual to need in less then 2 years but accepted it. I am now having the same issues again less then 9 months later and I called them with my concern that something was wrong only to be told that they did not do the original installation so I had my contractor send me his paid invoice for the original job and sent that to the rude woman who answers their phone and made an appointment for them to come out on July 17th and pump the system again and they never showed up, not even a call...... I will now call a different septic company to take care of the problem which I truly believe is not normal and they are trying to cover up a mistake they may have made with the original install. I have been a small business owner all my life and would never give an undeserved bad review, this company has been extremely unprofessional and seemed to have no concern to address a legitimate customer concern. BEWARE.....

  Wasted 3 weeks of my time. Promised it will be done 1st week of march. I had to stay in florida an additional week for then to do their work. 3 days after they promised they will start nobody shows up. I HAD TO CALL THEM to find out where they are. Then I am told they will start in the middle of the month, which would mean I need to spend MORE MONEY to stay in Florida. I cancelled the order and I am going to look for someone else. Had I known THEY would NOT DO THEIR JOB I would not waste my hard earned money and time with this HORRIBLE LYING COMPANY.

  Englewood Environmental dropped my service agreement without any notice just before renewal after 12 years. Left me in a jamb scrabbling to find another company to enter an agreement with while the county is sending me penalty notice letters. All while we were having issues with our systems drainage field causing sinkholes in the yard.
