  Brad diagnosed my Carrier 2-ton unit. He was thorough in his diagnosis - checked the capacitor per the compressor - tried a new one, but compressor failed. Also checked my Goodman unit, and gave it a good operating report.

  As always, Engineered priovided great customer service. Brady was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained my options very well. I’ve been a customer for only a couple of years and will continue to be as their organization is so much better than who I had for many years but is no longer locally and family owned.
