At Endodontic and Implantology Associates in San Jose where we are committed to providing the highest standard of dental care in a friendly, comfortable environment. Dr. Ray Shirani and his exceptional staff specializes in endodontics (root canal treatment of all phases) and dental implants (replacement of missing and/or diseased teeth).
Our primary objective is to always try to maintain the natural dentition by using various endodontic techniques to do so. If this is not possible then we can restore your mouth to a fully healthy, functional state with the use of dental implants. As the doctors and former patients that refer you to our office know, it is our philosophy to focus on our specialty level procedures and to do them well while having your best interest in mind.
We are located near the intersection of Highway 101 and Highway 85 and Bernal Ave.

Dr. Shirani, Emma and Claudia are an excellent team that helped me feel at ease with my appointment .From the moment I entered I felt welcomed. I was informed of everything step by step and left feeling at ease to come back for my treatment. Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend anyone to come visit them if you ever are in need of endodontist and be nice to them too 😊.

He stayed after hours to help her and then cleared her to go back up to camp. He called and followed up to make sure she was ok. And, her teeth look amazing and healed up beautifully. What could have been a traumatizing experience ended up being helpful and positive for us all! I wouldn't hesitate to go see him.

I went in today for a root canal, and I was honestly very nervous due to the insane pain I was experiencing from a complication with a previous root canal on my tooth. Dr. Shirani completely turned that around. From the moment I sat down, he was incredibly kind and made me feel genuinely comfortable, as well as his amazing assistant Katrina! She was extremely kind and helpful. He fixed my tooth, and the relief is immense. He's not just a skilled specialist - he's a compassionate doctor who genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. Shout out to Emma and Kindra as well - super friendly staff!

I thought I was going to need two root canals and I was terrified but he did some test and assured me that everything was fine and I would not be needing the root canals! WHEW!! And I came in a nervous wreck but the whole staff were so accommodating and sympathetic towards me that I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I really need to do a shout out to Dr. Shirani, Kat and Emma!!! Amazing staff!!!
