On may 19. 2025 we made onlone reservations for sons 12th birthday..after making a $750.00 dollar payment.. online booking error told me too call 1888 nimber. I called they told me i had noreservation. So they were going too rebook. In 8 hours the price double. Even though they alread had my money. I told them never mind just please give me a refund. This was may. Now we are at the end of aug still no refund call ever week. Staff very rude on call center. Been told at least 5 times id have refund. Now they cant put money back on card. An said checks in mail. Now sence july. So if you book with this place becareful. They will take your money. Thank you for ruining my sons birthday trip to florida an stealings my money.
