- EEE&DOct 3, 20255.0The facility, and sites are beautiful and clean. Every site we have stayed at so far has had Beautiful views of the lake and amazing sunsets! The amenities are awesome, the clubhouse is large and the pools and hot tubs/spas are spacious. The laundry facilities wash and dry better than laundry mats and are conveniently located for ease of use. There is two dog park play areas that offer two sections, one for small dogs and one for larger dogs. This is definitely our favorite Resort in the area. I can not say enough about the staff! They truly make the difference. They are very professional yet give you a family feel. They do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your stay and feel comfortable, happy and at home! Jim, Breanna, Tito and security staff are wonderful and go above and beyond To make sure you have the best experience possible. Jim, Breana and Tito are a great team, they have wonderful customer service and are very welcoming. Jim and Brianna are awesome helping set up and reserve sites. They are very accommodating in making our stay comfortable, happy and helping with easy access to what we need. If we notice anything that needs attention they address it immediately. Jim always takes good care of us making the reservations. He makes the process easy and he’s very efficient. Brianna is always helpful and cheery. She does whatever she can to makes sure your stay is as expected. She is very attentive and helpful. She will even call you to make sure all is ok. which is so impressive to me. The quality of care is exceptional at this RV resort! Briana, Jim and the other staff are so attentive and helpful. They always have a smile and are eager to help in any way they can which does make a difference. I appreciate them all and highly recommend this RV resort!
- SMStephanie Mc.Sep 25, 20255.0What a great place to stay in the Cape Coral / Fort Myers area! This park is very nicely maintained, has wonderful amenities and the staff was super friendly. One team member greeted us on our walk and gave us dog goodie bags with treats and a new toy. My pup had to carry it with him throughout his walk in the park :)). While we were there, we used the fitness room, played on one of their 10 pickleball courts by the lake, attended the farmers market they had at the clubhouse, and swam in the larger pool. What a wonderful trip we had and we will be coming back to stay here again!
