- YGYanet GonzalezOct 20, 20252.0Everything is very clean, very good, the pool is excellent, but the most important thing is that I see no one taking care of security because on two occasions homeless people who live on the streets entered the pool area and the bathrooms. I did not feel safe on that side, neither for me nor my family, it is an important issue. I hope they resolve it soon.

- MGMike GlogowskiJul 14, 20254.0My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and the location is very nice, close to everything, the tram runs from the park to the beach for $.35 (great deal). Walmart is right next door to the park. The pool is very nice, I can see it being very crowded when the park is full. The restrooms were not open, they did have port o let’s? Not bad but we’re not there at the busy time.

As a full-time RV family, finding a place that feels safe, welcoming, and well-cared for is priceless—and Gulf Air checks all the boxes. The staff here are some of the kindest people we’ve met on the road. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home, and you can tell they genuinely care about the park and its guests. Everything is always clean and well-maintained, from the sites to the common areas. One of the things we love most is the community. Many of the guests are regulars, and it gives the park such a friendly, familiar vibe. It’s the kind of place where people wave, stop to chat, and look out for one another. As a traveling family with kids (and a dog!), that sense of connection and safety means everything to us.
