- DFD FOct 6, 20251.0If you are interested in booking this place because of the golf course, you should look elsewhere. The golf course has been unplayable since approx May 2025. Now because they did not address the drainage issues while trying to redo the golf course, there is uncontrolled flooding just from normal rain fall. All 18 holes are flooded for almost the whole summer and now there are road closure for over a month. It took people that are locked into a contract with Clerbook to complain to Lake County to come out to help us. Now with more rain in the forecast, this place will only get worse because if they can't get the flooding under control from this past summer normal rain fall, they won't be able to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. - JDJessica DavidsonSep 14, 20252.0Things are broken for months & months! All the pools & hot tubs are need of lots of maintenance, but Crossroads is the worse. The chipped is so bad it makes the hot tub & pool look SO DIRTY. Also because it needs to be repainted so bad its very scratchy on your skin. They don't clean the bathrooms or laundry rooms well and the insides of the washers & dryers are so gross. Even after I wiped them out they still left stains on my clothes. Some of the staff are nice, but most of them are rude and a couple of the office girls really treat guys like crap, but then nicer to girls. Wish they could get their act together!
