- CMCharlotte MOct 24, 20253.0Too expensive to stay. For 55+, but one 35 yo can stay. Jennifer is a stickler for the rules. She's from N.J. Nice enough if you can fit into their very small spaces.

They really helped me when I needed a place to park, one of that few that didn’t care I wasn’t 55+! The parking spots need some renovation and it can be tight but I enjoyed my 3+ months staying there.
- NBNancy BrokawOct 18, 20175.0Nice place for park models and RVs. Not easy to find, but behind Casa Verde Estates. Busy during the Snow bird season which is Nov through April. No dog park available, but you can have a dog. Small pool and I believe they have dances, holiday entertainment, trips.
