From the moment we arrived, everything about Encore Boston Harbor exceeded expectations. The property is stunning—impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and filled with luxurious details that make you feel instantly pampered. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and elegant, with incredible beds and breathtaking views of the harbor and city skyline.
The staff is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on creating a top-notch experience. Dining options are fantastic, from casual bites to fine dining, and every meal we had was delicious. The casino floor is vibrant and exciting, yet never feels overwhelming or crowded, and the overall atmosphere throughout the resort is classy and relaxed.
Encore truly delivers a world-class Vegas-style experience right in Boston. Whether you’re here for a getaway, a night out, or just to treat yourself, it’s worth every moment. I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for one night as we had to leave the next morning. The room was nice, we enjoyed the harbor view, though we did not appreciate the Alexa in the room, and we had been under the impression the the room had a mini fridge. However, there was an extra charge if we had used it so we did not.
The staff was not overly helpful as I tried to go find my husband who was parking the car, though I appreciated their heads up on the fridge. We had an electric car, and just a note that you can just plug in, you do not need to pay or start it through an app or anything. We tried scanning so many of them before we just tried to plug in and it worked.
On usually it was loud, but the parking area was also a bit of a mess, and part of the hallway smelled like weed.
Overall, we would not be staying again, but if casinos are your place to be, this might be an option for you to stay.

Love LoVe Love
Such a luxurious hotel. Visited the Vegas property and figured I ought to like this , and I surely did.
Rooms and staff are definitely 5 star. I love the dining options, my time at the fitness center was worth it.
Like that they provided turn down service , every thought of amenity in the room as expected for tbe caliber.
Only thing I didn't like was the noisy jets when using the hot tub.
Room service was professional. Breakfast at Gardenia was amazing and I find the prices not as bad as I read on previous reviews..when compared to some restaurants in the area , just about the same and for better quality food why not.
Ample free parking available, bell service was ao helpful and attentive .
I loved the Alexa touch , I love the color scheme of the rooms , and decor throughout the hotel. So beautiful.
Hotel literally just sits by itself but everything is available on sight just incase. I enjoyed the water shuttle service to seaport. Amazing staff on the boat too.
If you're looking to have a luxurious getaway, why not. Worth the money! I indulged in my 4 days.

Absolutely loved this place!! First time staying here and visiting MA, some reviews complained the staff wasn’t friendly, aesthetics of the establishment or the casino but honestly it was all great! Our room was spotless from top to bottom, stocked with anything we could possibly want or need. The front desk was normal, pleasant and easy to work with. We arrived around 10 pm on Friday and the check in process was super seamless. Valet is free and FAST!! Helps while running out in the am. Decor was amazing and again super clean. We tried the seafood restaurant Saturday night after coming back late and it was delicious!! Bit on the pricey side for the portions but nonetheless fresh food with great drinks! I recommend the haddock! We don’t gamble or care for casinos much but went in and it was huge, plenty of machines to pick from. We didn’t have time to enjoy the spa but we did grab a couple products which are priced great for their quality!! I would 10/10 come back and recommend this place!

The absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — with shockingly rude staff for a place that claims to be “5-star.” The level of service and professionalism here is zero. Everything I am saying is true and should be recorded in their hotel cameras. I would assume there is a camera in the luggage storage area showcasing the coffee spill.
I wanted to work at Frank & Nick’s and was told that backpacks were not allowed and that I had to leave mine with the Bellman. I was charged a $5 storage fee and handed over my Samsonite backpack. When I returned to pick it up, it was wet, smelled strongly of coffee, and was stained with brown liquid.
Instead of an apology, the staff member pointed to my water bottle and said, “This is why we don’t accept liquids.”
Lack of Transparency & Responsibility
If liquids are not allowed, that should be made clear before accepting both my property and my payment. I’m confident they didn’t refuse other guests carrying coffee — and yet my property ended up soaked in it.
Manager Response
The Bellman’s manager, Jeremy, came out and apologized on behalf of his team, acknowledging the coffee spill. He even offered me another backpack as “compensation” and said he’d personally clean mine since their dry cleaning service refused to take it.
I declined the replacement because I don’t want a new backpack — I want my Samsonite properly cleaned by a professional service, not a makeshift fix.
While he went to find a resolution, another Bellman admitted there had been a coffee spill in the back, confirming what had happened to my backpack.
Escalation to “Claims”
Later, I spoke with Phyza from the claims team (along with another staff member). I explained everything. Her response? “We’re not blaming anyone.” She insisted there’s no proof coffee was spilled, despite my bag being wet, reeking of coffee, and leaving brown stains on tissues.
She then handed me a phone number and told me to “call on Tuesday” to file a claim — two days later. When I asked about reimbursement for dry cleaning, she refused, saying they wouldn’t cover it.
To make matters worse, when I mentioned my Samsonite backpack, she said she didn’t know what that was. For a so-called luxury hotel, this level of ignorance about premium brands is astonishing. An individual who doesn't know about luxury goods and the worth of luxury property should not be working at a 5 star hotel and especially should NOT be given the title of manager.
Summary:
The hotel damaged my personal property, refused to take accountability, denied the obvious evidence, and failed to provide any resolution worthy of a 5-star establishment. I paid for service, and what I received was carelessness, denial, and disrespect.
Absolutely disgusting, disappointing, and unprofessional experience. Do yourself a favor — stay anywhere else.
