  Multiple issues, both cleanliness of my room and callous attitude of the front desk/staff during my recent stay. 1. Day 1 (check-in): Bathrobe with yellow stains in the room, hair on the couch and in the bath tub. 2. Day 2: Left both bathrobes on floor in morning hoping they will be changed with new, clean ones. Came back to the room that evening and found the same bath robes hanging on the hooks, bed sheets not been changed or even cleaned. Went to the front desk immediately that night to show them the pictures of these issues. I was offered credit of the resort charge for one day for such 'minor inconvenience'. I asked them to keep their $50 when the room daily charge is 10 times that. 3. Day 3: Checked in the morning to check the status and asked for manager. The first thing she mentioned is that my feedback on those issues was not entered till 10 am even though I reported the details the previous night. She wasn't concerned about the actual issues, how wonderful! 4. Day 4 (last day): while taking the shower, noticed the shampoo and soap bottles were the ones from the prior day which were mostly empty. So they had been put back. Cherry on top! At any other quality hotel, the guest shouldn't have to pay for their stay given such wonderful hospitality if the hotel ever wants to have my business in the future. Stay away from Encore!!!

  I have been visiting Las Vegas for many years. I've stayed at countless hotels, some of which are no longer standing. When the Wynn was built I stayed there. When Encore was built I tried it and never stayed anywhere else. These sister hotels are the only hotels I consider when I visit no matter what new properties appear on the Strip. They are elegant, luxurious and run impeccably. Every detail is attended to. The staff is friendly, polite & professional. The restaurants are exceptional. The rooms are large and comfortable. Personally I love the location. It's near a lot, but far enough away from the crazy, seedier part of the Strip. It is never a disappointment.

  Our stay at the Encore Hotel, which is part of the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel complex, was absolutely awesome! It offers access to an amazing array of restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment venues as well as the casinos for both hotels and Wynn Golf Course. Restaurants like Cipriani, Four Sixes by Taylor Sheridan and Delilah Supper Club are within the hotels, as are the Encore Theater where you can see fabulous intimate performances. We saw the spectacular and iconic Lionel Ritchie who is a true Las Vegas entertainer! Location is so perfect too! You can walk to the Sphere thru the hotel and go accross the street to the Faahion Mall. The suites are very nice and spacious, nicely appointed and great views. However, the bathrooms could use an upgrade in rhe showers as well as the hair dryers! But the service is fantastic and very prompt! The staff is lovely, personable and very helpful. We stayed 5 days and never left the premises! Its my 2nd stay at the Hotel and will definitely be back!

  The best place to stay in Las Vegas is the Encore Hotel, located on the west side of Las Vegas Boulevard. We had an amazing experience throughout our stay. During our visit, we experienced both the Encore Resort King room and the Encore Tower Suite Salon — each was elegantly designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The staff is highly professional and friendly — special thanks to Jaime, who assisted us with all our room reservations and was incredibly accommodating. The Encore Hotel has the most comfortable beds of any hotel we’ve stayed in, making it the perfect place to relax after long days of exploring the city. Highly recommend!

  (Still) the best property in Vegas. Stayed at the Tower Suites. Reception / Concierge: Very friendly and also very professional (all persons I had contact with). Suite: Typical Wynn/Encore Style. Spacious, a little opulent, modern and clean. One of the most comfortable beds I slept in, in any hotel worldwide. Room service: Very friendly (and interested) lady that brought up my food (Michelle?). She also asked me when I want my room made, which I found very positive, as it shows that she was “connected” to the cleaning team and can align my room cleaning. Steak was a little bit coarse fibred but good in taste. Salmon and vegetables were on a good level. Breakfast also. Gym/Spa: Excellent gym, just the young lady behind the counter was a little aloof. The guy who came after her was friendlier. If you book a massage you have to check-in 30 (!) minutes earlier, which I found a bit too early. But maybe it is, because many people are just not on time and they want to make sure everything starts on time. Massage was good, strong hands and she knew, where the points are. Conclusion: Very good hotel, everything seemed very cohesive / seamless and all parts of the hotel are well aligned with each other. Would always return when in Vegas
