I am obsessed with this resort. The location, the attention to detail, and most of all the energy. It’s tucked right in the heart of Sedona’s red rocks, and the views feel like something straight out of a movie. I can’t wait to come back and stay even longer. They offer everything from sound baths, yoga and Pilates, to guided hikes, stargazing, pottery, cooking classes, and so much more. Plus, it’s both pet-friendly and kid-friendly. Pure magic.

Went here for my honeymoon and the staff at enchantment completely dropped the ball!!! When we first arrived they made us wait in the lobby for 20 plus minutes for a key. After 20 minutes they said they had no one to help us with our bags and advised us to walk to our room which was not close to the lobby. It wasn’t until Greg who is the only good thing about this toilet bowl of a resort. Found someone to help us and drive us to our room. The room was over $1000 a night which reminded me of a 3 star Marriott. This place is an absolute dumpster fire of a place!! Save your money and go somewhere better.

I would have given the resort a 3 star but the views and service increased it to 4. The views and location of the hotel is absolutely stunning. I liked the ease of access to trails. The reason it doesn't get a 5 star is that the rooms aren't as luxurious as the resort itself. The first night, we had a room with a Murphy bed which was very uncomfortable. In my personal opinion, a luxurious resort should not have a murphy bed as the main place of sleeping. The next day, the staff switched us rooms. There is no option for tea in the rooms. The service and restaurants are mediocre. The resort itself is very confusing to navigate. There is lack of signage. Rarely were there golf carts available to take you to your resort location. Lastly, the jacuzzi in women's lounge at Mi Amo was filthy which was unfortunate. Overall, we weren't satisfied with the room or the resort as a whole, but would absolutely come back for the views and ease of access to trails.

The whole resort radiates incredible energy. I had an extraordinary experience at Mii Amo and the shop. The healers and shop employees are truly angels—special thanks to Kim, Peggy, and Gudren for making the experience so memorable. Five stars for them. My friend, who is battling cancer, traveled all the way from Shanghai this year for a getaway from the chaos in her life, and it was completely worth it. Mr. Casper’s stargazing is phenomenal, with different telescopes and amazing insights about the stars. The experience is a must-visit if you are planning to come to Enchantment Resort, and the photos of the stars are absolutely beautiful. The resort restaurants, Che Ah Chi and Tii Gavo, are fairly okay. I’ve tried different dishes each visit, but nothing really stands out, so I’d recommend venturing outside the resort for meals—or maybe I’m just being picky after trying too many Michelin-starred restaurants. That said, there are some drawbacks. The rooms are a bit dated compared to many luxury hotels and don’t fully justify the price per stay. Bottles of water aren’t provided, and the coffee machine is hidden in a cabinet, which feels odd. Some staff—like the golf cart driver and one concierge when my friend asked about the deposit—came off a bit arrogant. The security team was almost brusque before realizing we were resort guests, despite our explanations. During my stay 3 years ago, my dog ran away from the room when staff broke in at 5 PM. The entire resort then chased my dog with golf carts. Management did nothing to compensate or address the situation, which was quite shocking and shows a clear lack of experience. Overall, while the energy, healing experiences, and stargazing are incredible, these service and management issues make me reconsider whether I would return.

We recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the Enchantment Resort, and the experience was nothing short of world class. From the moment we arrived, the property took our breath away surrounded by the stunning red rocks of Sedona, it truly felt like stepping into a hidden sanctuary designed for peace, relaxation, and celebration. The facility itself is immaculate. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with every detail carefully thought out to provide a sense of serenity and luxury. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with incredible views that reminded us every morning and evening why Sedona is such a special place. Dining at the resort was an absolute highlight. Each restaurant we tried delivered exceptional meals fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From breakfast to dinner, the menus were thoughtfully curated, and the service was seamless. It’s rare to find both variety and quality at this level, but Enchantment delivered across the board. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for and pampered in every way possible. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and personalized not just hospitality, but true care. The turn-down service in particular stood out a small detail that spoke volumes about the resort’s commitment to excellence. Returning to a perfectly prepared room each evening made us feel cherished and celebrated during our milestone anniversary. Overall, Enchantment Resort gave us more than just a getaway it gave us memories that will last a lifetime. We were pampered in a world-class manner, and our 30th anniversary felt every bit as special as we hoped it would. For anyone looking to celebrate, unwind, or simply experience the very best that Sedona has to offer, Enchantment Resort is the place.
